What is a dyno day? It's an open-house community event where we offer discounted baseline dyno runs to groups at a time.
No tuning is done or allowed on a dyno day as we want to keep the cars moving so everyone who wants to run gets a chance.
We do regular monthly open dyno days on the last Saturday morning of every month, as well as pre-scheduled events for clubs or
forum groups than can either be open to the public or closed for your members only. Our regular monthly open dyno days
are currently $60 for two runs. Any and all cars are welcome
as long as they can run in 2 wheel drive mode. We always keep a scoreboard for high/low horsepower,
and can also do quarter mile days where the cars can drag race against each other & the clock.
Private dyno days are commonly organized by online forum groups or car clubs, and we typically require a 10 car minimum
to ensure a busy day for the dyno operator and fun a experience for everyone. Groups have the option of keeping it an open
dyno day where anyone can come in and run, or having it be a private event where dyno runs are limited to group members only.
Open events we will typically promote online and through our email list to generate as much participation as possible. Private
groups have the option of working with us to set the cost per car, and can be a good way to fundraise for your organization or
charity.
How it works: Dyno days are run on a first come basis. When you arrive, you'll want to come to the front
counter and register. We'll give you a dyno waiver sheet that you sign and fill out your name/car info; this also has your run number
on it. You'll hang onto the sheet until your number is up. When you pull in, you'll hand the sheet to the dyno operator who will
put all of the info into the computer so that your runs are saved under your name.
