This car has just been finished. It was a slow project for about a year and a half, worked on as time permitted. The frame and body are Factory Five Racing. For a car that someone wants to actually be able to put some miles on instead of sitting in the garage under a cover, their frame is a good way to go. It is extremely stout and was designed from the ground up to be a car to take the beating of a track or drive to work every day.

The motor is in excellent condition and the fuel injection starts it right up. Also, when the EFI system was installed, all of the Ford factory diagnostic connections were retained so that the car could be plugged right into a shop computer should service be required.

As you can see from the pictures it is a deep blue metallic with no striping. The body received many, many hours of work from an experienced bodyshop to get these curves perfectly smooth. The car was going to have the traditional white racing stripes, but after the hours spent on the base coat, we were so happy with the look of the car that it was decided to leave them off and preserve the super-classy look without them. However, if the buyer wishes to have them added, it can be done for a nominal cost.

A lot of Cobra replica manufacturers will stretch or modify the dimensions of the body from original. Our bodies are true to the original design and look correct. All of the exterior trim items are british-made correct style items. This comes at some additional expense but keeps the look of the car as it was meant to be. Underneath it has been modified to be much stiffer and more user-friendly than the original. This car is a great weekend cruiser with the reliability of a daily driver.

Although this car was built to be my own driver, we are a builder of these cars and thus can provide you with any additional options (supercharger, NOS, interior, paintwork etc) that you may be interested in.
